Dog Adoption Days
Saturday, December 9th from 11am to 2pm - King Feed, 14210 RR 12, Wimberley
Come to King Feed on Saturday and meet some of our great pups available for adoption. If you are thinking about adding a furry family member, now is the time. We have wonderful dogs all looking for their forever homes! All available adult dogs have been fully vetted, are heartworm negative, are micro chipped and have been spayed or neutered. Puppies have been vetted, parvo tested, de-wormed and have had their shots current for their age and are micro chipped.

WAG Rescue now has a refuge! We are open to the public by appointment only at this time. We ask that you read about our ADOPTION PROCESS and complete an ADOPTION APPLICATION. We will call you to set up a meet and greet.
There is no oblibation when you submit an application. Applications are considered in the order in which they are received.
- Adult Dogs - The adoption fee is $125.
All adult dogs have been fully vetted and have received a Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella vaccination and spayed or neutered. They are Heartworm tested and receive Heartworm prevention. They are given a pill monthly for flea/tick prevention and receive regular deworming. The dog is also microchipped. Some microchips will require a registration fee.
All known medical history is provided to the adopter.
- Senior Dogs - 6 years and older, the adoption fee is $75
- Puppies - (under 4 months of age) that have not been "fixed" (spayed or neutered) their adoption fee is $200. Once the puppy is spayed or neutered by 6 months of age we will refund $75.
Puppies have been vetted, parvo tested, de-wormed, vaccinated (age appropriate) and microchipped. Puppies will require additional vaccinations based on age which is the responsibility of the adopter. The adopter agrees to complete the recommended vaccinations for the puppy.
